I graduated from QUT with an honours degree in industrial design in 2022 and spent 2023 as a 3D design and animation intern at BMW TechOffice in Munich, Germany. Now I am studying psychology while tutoring design at QUT.
My BMW Group internship experience was fantastic and improved both my creative and personal skills tenfold. I grew, learned and experienced so much during the year and am proud to have been invited by NVIDIA to present some of my work on a public livestream.
I have also been lucky enough to complete internships with both Bombardier and BMW Group + QUT Design Academy in previous years, both of which accelerated my growth as a design professional.
During my design degree I completed interaction design and animation units alongside my industrial design coursework. As well as this, a significant part of my university experience was my role as a member and then coordinator of Design Pilots, a peer program that organises both social and design assistance events for design students. In late 2021 I was honoured to be nominated for the QUT Design Festival Industrial Design Leadership Award.
Beyond my design work I have also worked casually in hospitality, volunteered as an assistant stage manager at Brisbane Arts Theatre for several productions and completed many commissioned artworks. I love to play football and spend my free time reading and creating art.
